2017. It works well but It would be nice to have inventory linked to the work order. The app is used when you in the field working, I would like to have my staff fully close out the order parts included. The way I understand it is that you will need to use the web site to add parts. Update: February 2021 and there have been no updates to the app. In fact I was told by them in a few years they will not be supporting facility dude that we will need to buy into their new updated software.

One of our field guys was able to use FDWC, but then got a new phone. Now, he's not able to log in. He puts in his email, accepts the terms, and hits Continue. He then hits the login screen, then rolls right back to the email screen. My manager and I tested this, and are getting the same issues. I use and Android, he uses iPhone. We're both listed as administrators in Facility Dude. This is totally worthless and is causing frustration with guys who need to create work orders in the field...

When attempting to log in, app closes. Need this fixed pronto! EDIT: The app now works as advertised. Thanks to the tech team for working out the bugs! This app let me make work orders on the spot, rather than going to my computer.

Every time I create a work order with my cell phone or at least 90% of the work orders just disappear. You can't assign to more than one person. The mobile app is very lacking.. programmers, I.T. Dudes!!! Come On. Read the Reviews and fix the Bugs!!

Simple interface, helps me accurately track my time and create and manage work orders. Occasional glitches and crashes.

any time i close, the reopen the app (as i do often cause i have to actually do the work) it can no longer retrieve from the server and i have to log out, then log back in.

I dont know why but more than 50% of the time when I try to use this app, the work orders can't be retrieved from the server. It's been over a year since the last update. Maybe I'm the only one that is having this problem?

Worked fine till today when it updated, now i cant get it to work at all... it starts and then shuts down with in a few seconds
