This app is terrible. It rarely works, and when it does it only works on one hearing aid, then says they are out of sync. If you choose to sync, it just sets them back to the way they were. I deleted it and downloaded it again, and same thing. It's a huge waste of time. I paid more for the spirit model so I could have the remote programming. That would require an app that works! This one does not!

The app worked, mostly, for about a year. Lately I've been unable to connect via Bluetooth for listening, and yesterday or the day before it completely stopped connecting to my hearing aids so I don't even have a sense of my battery charge. Just as a test I connected my hearing aids to my computer via Bluetooth for the first time, so despite the long attempt with support staff at unitron, I can see that the Bluetooth function of the aids can work, contrary to support staff statement.

I would consider this app just meh so far in the past 24 hours that I have been using it. I have not used the remote programming feature, so I will update if I do. But every time you switch in and out of the screen your hearing aids have to reconnect (I have the Audinova DX30s). Also, the battery indicator isn't always accurate. It can go down as much as 15% when viewing it within just a few minutes and there can be a big difference between both HAs.

Almost none of the developer-listed functions work as stated on my Sonova RELATE Reserve 312 RIC hearing aids. I can access only two programs (auto and bluetooth) but can make no adjustments. When I mute them, the app turns them back on in two seconds. No battery level indicator. The equalizer and balance function screens reset before I can finish making any changes. App is significantly worse than the internet aids I returned that cost 1/3 of these. Has the developer ever used this app?

nice assortment of different programs such as restaurant, Outdoors, music. the problem is that they only lasts for a minute or so before they cut out. so you must revert the automatic program which isn't always so great. according to my audiologist this is a known problem. wish I had bought different hearing aids

This app does... nothing. Except change the volume - and drain the batteries. I was hoping it would allow me to mute my new Audicus Wave rechargeable hearing aids while watching TV (so I didn't have to listen to annoying ads). I can mute with the fob required to Bluetooth the Clara rechargeables, but not the UPGRADED Wave. Very annoying. I've downloaded other apps, but found none that work with the Audicus Wave. Best workaround to mute the ads is simply to lower the volume four notches.

Horrible - this app is absolutely useless. I had problems from the start with it. Unistalled and reinstalled multiple times. Contacted Audicus, and they advise it's an Android issue. Begin experiencing issues with hearing aids not long after receiving them. They would just stop working, no sound. I finally realized it was a problem with this app. Uninstalled the app and disconnected the hearing aids from blutooth....no more problems.

5/23/2024, app still suffers on just connecting, downgrading to an older version 4.5.0 (183) works perfectly. What kind of app update is this lol... Please improve the hearing aid connecting process. All the app does is flash on the top, left right, connecting. Flashes, repeat, flashes, repeat. Still really poor way of connecting to hearing aids, Bluetooth actively working but the app will still randomly act so clueless and say not connected at all even though I'm listening to YouTube w/ them.
