Horrible app!! The microphone has never worked & the video would only stay on for a couple of seconds!! A very nice Vsee representative spent at least 2 hours trying to get this app to work! We both thought it was finally working. But after doing a test try, we were right back to square one. My telappointment with my doctor was in an hour & it never worked!! I never heard back from VSee & now I'm stuck back with driving over an hour to see certain doctors. (I live a far distance away)

Terrible connectivity issues. I have good internet, but despite that, I lost video/sound feed during an appointment with a doctor once, restarted it, then it happened AGAIN. The app kept acting like the call was going through and counting the elapsed time, but neither of us could see anything other than a black screen. They had to call my cellphone to finish the appointment. After reading the other comments, seems like the app needs work. It's not very reliable.

This is the worst app ever. So many issues with connectivity. Doesn't matter if I restart the app, my phone, connected to wifi, or using data. It doesn't work. It only worked for 2 appointment and then it went to poop. I know how to use a phone and video calling. This makes me want rage quit and throw my phone and the nearest wall. Shame on the company! Avoid using at all costs. Using snail mail would vs more efficient than this POS.

02/09/24-Over 2 years later and still can't use the app on chromebook. Works fine direct on the website version.. Worked fine until the recent update. Now I can't even type in the provider room code in the box. I found a way to copy and paste it in. The call connected though I couldn't see my provider on cam or see my cam. We only had audio. These are new issues as I said, it worked fine prior to the update.

The app was working ok until today then my provider couldn't hear me. It was if I was on mute. I tried reinstalling it but I'm not sure if that worked yet as my visit is over. She ended up calling me and the volume was fine that way. I did notice the pics of the app in the app store do not look the same as what downloaded. There is no home screen or anything else.

It does exactly what it needs to do with no hoops to jump through. I had to do a video appointment from my phone for the first time today and was worried to see that I had to deal with an app and all the headache that comes with it, but I was wrong! It was super fast to download and I didn't have to make an account or deal with settings or anything. Just copy and paste a meeting code and it connected right away. Excellent experience!

It seems like this app was created as a rush job. The whole thing feels really amateurish. I really can't give any advice on how to make it feel better as I am not really a UI guy, but you folx really need to get one stat. I was also bothered by the fact that this is a video messenger app doesn't have an option to keep the screen awake, so I had multiple screen shut-offs while talking to one of my providers yesterday. Not sure if I can blame your app for this, but audio / video quality was sub-par. My main provider's office has really good network connectivity, but you certainly could not tell it from my appointment yesterday. Video kept breaking audio sync, artifacting and ghosting images were disconcerting to say the least.

it's very simple to login to. Nobody needs the extra hassle when they're trying to see their doctor. But most importantly, the connection is always solid. I've been using this for a couple of years now and I've never had a meeting drop! Again nobody wants the extra hassle when they've already got to go see the doctor. The absolute definition of a mobile app: it does what it's supposed to reliably and simply!
