Does not give you the option to see your line history or print out your bill or plan info. zain also don't have the option of sending your bill line info to your email. Thus they can (and do) change your line's monthly bill and options. when you call customer service to inquire they say that this has always been the case & 'the system' states such & that you are in the wrong. Since they send no emails you have no proof of the truth. The app is controlled by them to say whatever whenever.

I have been trying reactivate my acct and every time I go to do the payment it only says thank you, we have received your request and nothing happens I even went to the store and it didn't want to take my payment. It is very frustrating. Update: I reached out as they asked and it was such a waist of my time. They couldn't help me on anything there assistance was just as bad as when I reached out to the customer service agents online. Their is no point of emailing them because they can't help us.

Terabel App, can't show all my mobile numbers in the application like Ooredoo dose, contacted the Airport office ,they said they will call me back, they did call, but wanted me to come to the main office and sign some papers to get it done. I removed the App. Now traying to reinstall it, but it won't install. Very disappointed.

The app showed a data balance of 45 GB. But the data was cut off at 30 GB. The customer care executive who attended the call informed that it is split between 25 GB for Social Media and 20 GB for normal usage. When complained that it's shown as 30/45 GB shown and what could be done about it, the customer care executive replied, "nothing". The app should be able to show the data split up so that a customer can be aware about the data split up. Hence the 1 star rating.

Never get a line in this telecom aside from VERY POOR INTERNET, VERY POOR SYSTEM AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a contract in this line and the sim card was suspended because I did not use it during the entire lockdown and was unable to pay because of monetary issues then when I return to work & able to pay the arrears and requested to re-open the line First they told me, "Due to Zain policy , the amount on the terminated lines should be payed then the line can be reconnected again with a monthly bills without a contract , and we are no authorized to reconnect the line with unsettled amounts." However, going to and fro they keep on tossing me from one branch to another only to found out that the sim/number was sold already to other person so I was not able to use it. Then they let me pay the entire contract along with the line services in full without even using the service itself! Seriously?? And I was not able to do anything because they threatened me if I don't pay the entire contract they will put legal case against me. So I did pay and ask for contract closure to avoid issues. BUT THEY NEVER CALL OR MESSAGE ME BACK AFTER PAYING THE AMOUNT DUE, INSTEAD THEY KEEP ON SENDING A BOT CHAT FOR MY CONCERN. LOL!!!!! They are very fast asking you to pay but if you needed something from them they will never serve you right. ALL FOR PROFIT!! Imagine, receiving a link so a robot can chat you with few specific options so if your concern is not in the choices just cry. How can a robot provide an answer to your request? It sucks!!! If you are still getting this goodluck to your future headache. I suggest find another telecom with better service and more considerate in their contracts !

Worst network company app ever. Nothing opens. It takes too long to open anything, if it opens! Adding any extras or subscribing to any service is a nightmare. Basically nothing works, which is so strange for an app of a company supposed to be big!

The app does not show correct information with samsung z fold 2. It shows my data plan is unlimited and my free voice minutes are unlimited when they are in fact limited. Edit: I've sent the email as you requested and it has been about a month without any reply or call back.

I just recharged 5 KD to renew my prepaid bundle, which was set to automatic renewal, instead some international add-on _that I bought more than a month ago and expired more than a week ago_ got renewed automatically, so I just clicked the button to disable it, and there you go, the 60-minute international bundle valid for a month disappeared, i.e., it's not there anymore. The bundle needs another 5 KD to renew, and customer care said nothing could be done. Now, dumping this SIM! TRAP ZAIN APP!!
