This thing is solid garbage. You cannot change your Pricing plan. Entering the bill screen the link shows the month, but tapping it shows the bill number only. You can scroll sideways only when the content takes does not need vertical scrolling. When scrolling up the title of the section gets cut off. For some unknown reason the same exact options which are on the bottom as icons and text are repeated as huge text in the middle of the screen. And that's just fitting into 500 character limit here

Bite is a total scam company. You can make contract for 24 months then they can change price and don't give a reason. And they want to charge you €300 if you want to cancel. Try something else but not bite. The reception is not the best anyway. Also there is no way to talk with a supervisor. All you can get repeating answers from the support.

Terrible design and performance. Cross platform apps are not the future and albeit beeing cheeper than native - they tend to look and perform very bad. Same issue with your homepage - you need better developers and even better UI/UX specialists. I have a team of developers who can help you fix these issues if you are interested.

Login required regularly which is annoying. Same as new pin input twice required regularly. If u have to login and create pin everytime then whats the point of using app? Can use manabite.lv website with the same success. Using website is even better because web browser remembers password at least. Most of apps out there manage to remember user login. Why cant this app?!

Last update broke the app. I haven't been able to log in through the app since 6th of May. I have tried all the provided login options but everything returns errors. I know it's not a problem on my end because I can still log in though browser.

Unintuitive design, a bit laggy animations, and a few bugs, for example, the app pauses music playback everytime you log in. Nice start, but a long way to go.

Not that bad application, but due to frequent updates I have to enter credentials from the scratch every time.

Unfortunately it's nothing special. Regularly crashes down, doesn't recognize your password and you can't open it if link is sent to from provider directly in sms. So forget about offers sent via sms, it's not working.
