Item #1 is all I can order. The app then tries to display pickup details but the window will not move, is too low in the screen to see, and there is nowhere to go, but back, to try all over again. This will dent your carry out business since the restaurant phone is ignored mostly. Grr.... Used to work well.

I can no longer order on this app. As soon as I try to add something to my basket, a small window at the bottom says "pickup details", but it doesn't let me do anything. If I close the small window, nothing gets added to my basket. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but no change. Completely unusable.

11/26/24 - Still not fixed. Been using this app for years. The September 2024 update still hasn't been fixed and forces you to use the browser version at checkout. Also all of my previous NY Strip orders all show as "Kansas City Strip".

Second attempt at ordering since last week. Unable to add to cart my orders, just keeps spinning so haven't been able to order food from here twice. Order out my meals while at work for 12 hour shifts.

I hate this app. The time reservations for picking up orders is ridiculous. I live 10 miles up the road from one of the locations... I'm placing an order at 4:30 in the evening and it is forcing me to not be able to pick it up until 5:15 p.m. .. almost an hour it is being lost because I'm using the app. If I call-in they say no problem, and it's ready when I get there ... But if I'm using the app, it literally forces me to wait to get my food which is completely the opposite of the purpose.

App is great for convenience of not having to call to place an order. Lately, it's been telling me my account is locked and I've had to change my password twice to no avail. Also, when I use the option to pay with PayPal, the app seems to freeze and I have to leave all the way out and come back again to try to make payment again.

Does not work since upgrading to Android 15. App loads fine, but when adding something to the cart, the pickup window only shows on the bottom of the screen just below the x. Unable to order through the app. Worked great before the upgrade. Reinstalling the app doesn't fix the issue either.
A Google user
It would be a great app if it actually let you place the order. Instead, I got an error that the pick up time "was no longer available". After trying various pick up times, I placed the order on Longhorn's glitchy website. Lo and behold, my original pick up time worked and my order was confirmed. I'm uninstalling this, it's not worth keeping an app that can't place the order like it claims it can.
