Transit is deleted the moment you exit the app for anything. App is days functional and clunky. Don't even understand any of the positive reviews. If Maps showed updated transit plans and changes as well as platform numbers I wouldn't need to use this. Germany's transportation has gone downhill in every way Imaginable.

I tried to purchase Deutschland Ticket and my payment failed due to some reasons, although I received a ticket which was then locked. I received an email stating that I have to contact LogPay. I called them and they told me to ask VRR to cancel your locked ticket. I called VRR customer service and since I don't know German language I asked him politely to talk in English & he disconnected the call. That was so rude. The app supports English language but there is no Customer Service in English.

I installed the app to purchase the Deutschland rail ticket. However, it failed to process payment. I was then unable to delete my account or profile. Totally useless app. I have emailed VRR to ask them to delete my account and await their response.

UI is okay and functional. For the most part, it is functional. However, you can't cancel subscriptions like the DeutschlandTicket without contacting their customer service unless you're in Germany or have a German sim card. It is also important to add: VRR states their subscription renewal is the 10th of each month but charge on the 4th - and you don't get a refund even if you cancel before the 10th. I also recommend VRR make it clear that it is a subscription when putting your details down.

This app is incredibly frustrating to use. I just got a 60€ fine because I didn't validate my 4-trip ticket, just because the app interface is incredibly confusing. There's a long list of tickets to choose from without any explanation about which one you need, even when you click on them. Just GUESS a price level from K to 7 because that totally makes sense and hope for the best. There's a map without zones in this app! We don't need Google maps 2, we want to know what ticket to get.

The app does not tell you that your ticket is a monthly subscription. Also, you can't unlink your bank card. Be careful. I've lost my money. Also this app needs a UX and UI designer.

I'm going to have to agree with the reviews here, the usability is abysmal... Hope they do some usability testing and figure it out, would be very beneficial :) (for reference, chosing what ticket to get is an entire science, the UI is terrible, logging in is terrible, no google pay which is horrid for a ticket app this day and age, etc.)

Wow... No login on website.... Couldn't cene register to buy the ticket. How can a company with so much revenue cheap off on the most important thing, The app developers... Guys go to Fiverr or any kids over 12 that knows Python... This is horrible.
