The app is slow to load even when I have very good internet. Also the app does not have a lot of information that is necessary. It only wants to sell kafoo bundles. There is no information about any other services or bundles. I'm very disappointed in the app. Other mobile companies in Iraq have much better apps.

It used to work perfectly the last two years but now it keeps saying (sorry something went wrong) or (the development are working the fix the problem) or something like that I mean??? When the problem is going to be fixed? It's been couple of months

Terrible app, never works, always saying under maintenance. When it does work the option to recharge using debit or credit card does not work anymore due to dishonesty. The app used to work fine but in the last 6 months it is not even worth having.

I have to log in every two days! And it's not easy to do that it's keep loading and loading then sign me out the process takes 30 minutes just to log in

I use this to track my credits, it logged out once and now i'm unable to login, i forgot the password so i'm trying to have them send me a new otp to my number but it never works.
