What is the use of having the credit reload function when there's 30days credit expiry? I'm unaware of credit expiry and the money just forfeited after 30days. There is also no message notifying customer that their credit balance is going to forfeit soon. The credit function just like another tactic to get money from the customers. It's useless to reload the Njoi credit.

I hate that there are no daily & weekly passes for the cartoon channels. My nieces are only visiting me for days mostly, and I always have to buy the monthly subscription so they don't get bored here. Please stop being too greedy.

I won't top up money into it anymore, it is a trap for users since the money can expire without a reasonable point. And I got trapped twice!

Such a useless apps, firstly force you to buy the pack, when you purchased it you can't watch the pack that you purchased and the technical help assistance no help at all, all it does was ask you go to whatapps app for self help which is totally ridiculous

NJOI is ridiculous. They forced you to subscribe to the base HD subscription and then only allow you to purchase the additional channels. Earlier NJOI user still can watch Astro Prima & Astro Oasis. But if you're the new NJOI subscriber, you can no longer watch it unless you subscribe to it first, which left you with few local terrestrial channels. What a double standard. Stop wasting your money and get yourself MYTV instead.

The apps is worst, into the apps description there is not stated content is only for viewed in njol box, after transaction there is notification transaction fail and i thought it can't be viewed is due to transaction fail so i make another another transaction. The refund to credit still haven't been received. Worst experience and service is so bad that you can't able to contract operator. Till now the box is unable to be viewed as live streaming whereby beim live sport can able to offer this.

Sure hope that whenever a subscription expired, instead of removing the item from "my purchase", maintain the container but grey it out, then attach a subscribe again button for faster re-subscription. Then only remove the subscribed item after a certain duration, lets say a week, if no action taken
