Super slow to load. Super slow just to download the report. Other apps load fast on my phone except Doctor2U. Maybe Doctor2U apps need Samsung S25 Ultra / iPhone 17 Pro Max with 1Gbps WiFi. My download speed is 334Mbps still not able to download the report. I have to use the apps to get report. The link provided in are not able to open. They made thing so difficult. Why can't just send the report in pdf format. Need use app and link when pdf is a click away.

I was Wondering why its giving fee trail , because its a dead app , barely any doctor responds its more than 1 week since i contacted a specialist he didn't even seem my text , while contacting support team they also like this didn't even tried to help pathetic thanks i already cancelled my subscription before the trial end

Disappointing to see that the app have become bad. When I remembered last time all the doctors used to be online and I can get a instant response even at midnight. I have paid for the live chat service this time yet no doctors responde nowadays. I definitely need a refund on this. Dissatisfied with the current service.

The latest version of this app has become much less useful and has many more adverts that take centre stage. Eg medical reports and results used to accessible through the app before, but no more. I contacted their helpline just to understand where this data is located (not for the records themselves) in the app but they refused to guide me without me stating my personal security information. Despite many chat conversations, I couldn't get any guidance and I deleted the app.
because LIFE HAPPENS
We've been asking for our invoice... we called twice and were informed to send e-mail to support which we did TWICE but our e-mails remained unanswered!!! It's frustrating experience!!! We had also problem on getting the results that forced us to call several numbers because either the voice mail is full already or just kept ringing. However, I must mention that the doctor was available one hour after we requested for the swab test.

Stupid Apps. You ask for IC but said "number is wronv for phone format" Try to set up address never allow to "back" after fill up address. When re-do cant select the address and keep saying "null field are not allowed" but I already fill up all the fill. Improve and move forward or else you will lose your business when we feedback to our management.

Went through a medical check up with BP, then forced to install this apps in order to download my medical report. This is stupid, why can't you just email the report to me. Then apps design ia counter intuitive . I have no idea which are clickable when the tutorial appeared, all the fonts looks the same. i have to press around the screen in order to find out where to skip it
