Dear Taylors, I like that you are trying to implement modern tech into your education but this app is completely unusable. There was not a single time I can remember being able to open the app without any sort of problem with it. Please work on this and be better.

This app is the worst. It keeps crashing all the time. The biggest problem is that the university rely on it heavily in every thing, it's like the university's one stop for everything but it's useless since it's not working. Life was better without it.

I am unable to get to my classes resulting in being marked absent. This is horrible for my attendance and education. It constantly shows that I don't have classes. It is very confusing and frustrating. Please fix this problem.

actually today i got an issue. I tried to go to the app for looking timetable and the app suddenly crashed and could not go for a while. i hope they immediately fix the issue. thank you.

The app is like not up to date sometimes and I recently wanted to refresh my app because it didn't show the updated stuff on the app and I can't log back into my account but my ipad has no issues but the phone app does so pls resolve this issue...

Crashes instantly on start, Constantly displays internet error, insanely slow loading times. I don't think you can even call this an app. Absolutely garbage app.

No matter how many times I turned on and off of my Wifi, I still can't load this app. They kept requesting for stable Wifi but my house wifi works completely fine.
