Don't bother buying this device. Normal maps will do the job. It's not upto date and uses too much phone battery. What's the point might aswell stick my phone on an it'll tell me direction an alerts ⚠️ I've had live mobile speed cameras come up on Google Maps etc but not on Saphe. Waste of £40 needs your phone an app to do 98% off the work. The device itself is just a mirror an half the time it's off. Then randomly the alarm goes of when it detects movement. Overall BAD PURCHASE 👎🏼

Very unstable Bluetooth connection. I often have to delete the unit and then reinstall it. It seems like the connection is constantly dropping and then reconnects again. The result is a very annoying constant bipping from the unit. I really hope that a future update will result in a better experience.

great little app when used with the companion device saphe drive pro but the app needs some work unable to save destinations that you frequently travely to as I use this for traveling all over the UK saved locations would be ideal like the functionality of Waze or Google maps I find I have to have saphe app open to get the drive pro to work but use Waze for the actual navigation aspect of my journey

Use this with the Saphe device. Great idea, sadly so much data is out of date and currently no way of correcting false data, some many months old. I know new beta allows you to submit reports of false alerts. Seen the screenshot, can't believe they swap the yes and no buttons depending on alert... Please don't, it's confusing. As a standalone app, it works fine but there are better. Edit... So much data, even temp camera on motorways are a year out of date. Distracting and annoying

Why, with the most recent update, does the arrow to represent your car go off road & spend very little time actually being on the road your using? All the permissions the user has to allow to use the app is quite excessive, too intrusive, like big brother watching over you.

Bought the Saphe device and got to know required this app and subscription. Not useful at all. Old data and even speed limits for few areas in my neighborhood are wrong. Waste of money for device too as it requires phn to be with you and connected to Bluetooth via App. There are apps better and free in playstore with all the info this one provides for free.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be compatible with Android 15 (or my phone) - it doesn't stay on in the background despite being allowed to run all the time and all power saving settings being disabled for the app. The permanent notification does not appear and the app doesn't connect to the device when I start driving. In fact - it doesn't connect to the device even when I open the app manually and when I try to click on the device to connect manually in the app. It was great while it worked.

At first it was a great app, experience and had features, back then it felt like it was meant for the people, but comparing back then with today, i get the impression that its no longer for the people, but for the money. They took standard features and locked them behind a pay wall, when the device in and of itself is far from free. So sad to see saphe's motive going from helping the people to milking them for their money... Innovative i wouldn't call the mindset behind saphe.
