Fairly easy to use. Great start. I Just wish it was easier to view the first available date for a service. Often, I'm not sure if the App is searching by slot or by the stylist. For example, my nearest salon has 5+ stylists. I don't mind who I see, but the search always defaults to particular person, whereas, I am just after the soonest available slot.

Booked a haircut thru Booksy that I later needed to change. The only way to change my booking was to download the Booksy app, when I didn't have enough Internet to do that. There was no way to do it on Booksy's desktop website and they don't answer the phone on the weekend. Absolute waste of my time. Presumably they deliberately force you to download their app to boost downloads - I uninstalled it as soon as I'd changed the appointment because booking apps like these are ten a penny anyway.

I like the app, but I don't like the fact that it gives me the option to pay beforehand but doesn't allow me to pay. It even says that my card is verified and shows my receipt, which says not paid yet but does not gove option to pay. Then get to an appointment to always be charged more.

Booking appointments through booksy is pointless, because the stylist will still try to cancel your appointment, or reschedule the appointment. The stylist get the clients confused with other clients so the appointment that you scheduled was pointless even though your text clearly show your appointment time, and date. Discounts on the site are not honored you get told that the discount shown should have not been there. I thought booksy was supposed to be a professional, but it is not at all.
