Missing features that would come in handy. Unable to send photos that have already been taken. A lot of phones don't seem to be supported. Completely unable to send photos or use video chat unless connected to WiFi. If WiFi is sketchy, you need the ability to send photos already taken. Otherwise, fairly easy to use for new users or easy to figure out. Just wish it wasn't dependent on wifi.

The only reason I keep this app is because my intuition mandates it. It's slow, cumbersome, and sometimes even annoying. It takes too long time to see just one message and once it decides not to show a picture, it takes multiple trials and several minutes to eventually open it. It drags already busy enough day.

This is primarily a HIPAA compliant secure messaging app, I dont know about security but it is "unavailable" and offline at least monthly, I do not reliably receive messages from it, and the interface is difficult to use. It is not intuitive nor reliable.

The true utility of the app is that entire institutions already use it. The app is fine and it does it's job, but it is sometimes buggy. There are many conversations that just randomly disappear.

Forced to use this app it frequently glitches and crashes. Low quality

Cons: -no way to customize alert sounds. -the app inherently unstable -fingerprint login not working -poorly designed interface Pros: -free? -small data footprint?

Doesn't work (Galaxy S8) Will let me login but nothing else. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, set permissions, reset, nothing works.

Can't select Alert Sounds which is dangerous because a notification from my phone won't wake me up in the middle of the night
