I usually don't write reviews, but I'm very impressed with this app, so I thought I'd throw in my two cents. I was originally just looking for a simple way to send text messages from my PC, but I also did not want to have all of my messages unnecessarily stored on someone else's servers. After some searching around, I stumbled across EasyJoin, which does everything I was looking for and more. In addition to making it possible to receive/send messages on my PC, EasyJoin makes it easy to quickly send text/images/other files from my phone to my PC or vice versa. I'm also able to receive all of my phone's notifications in my Windows notification tray, and I'm able to filter out individual apps if I don't want those particular notifications on my PC. This has made it a lot easier for me to keep up with my email and Twitter messages, as I am still able to receive those notifications even when I've forgotten my phone in another room. The best part is that all of these data transfers occur over my local network, and none of this information is ever sent to any third party servers. The developer is also very responsive and helped me solve a problem I was having when I updated the app from one version to the next. This app easily gets 5 stars from me and is worth every penny I paid for it.

Edit: Thank you to the developer for letting me know about the Free Trial. I'd suggest that information be more prominentlyblisted somewhere in the app documentation. Setup of devices is easy, and the app is intuitive and well designed. It does exactly what it says it does, and does it well. I'd like to see options for integration with scrcpy or something similar to add screen mirroring, but overall this is a very good app.

Fantastic app, exactly what I was looking for. I'm not a slave to cables any more. It was extremely easy to set up on my phone and PC. Now file transfers are a breeze. I take a lot of underwater pictures and videos on my Galaxy S8+. This app allows me to transfer the pictures and videos to my computer immediately, no longer having to wait for hours as the charging port dries. Thanks again to the devs. Keep up the good work! This is NOT a paid endorsement.

3.5 Stars. Nice set of features. It works well when devices are on the same network. When not, they are slow to connect, notifications are delayed or the connection is not established at all. The Windows app (on W11 Pro) does not always show popup/toast notifications. Sadly, the return window is only 2 hours (not the developers fault, but the Google Play default), that is not enough time to evaluate and troubleshoot the problems I experienced, but I might give it another try in the future.

Better than Join by joaoapps! Why? Because it works. I use EasyJoin between all of my family's various devices to easily send files and commands. I even use it to send messages, which are intercepted by Tasker via notification, that trigger various tasks. I'm also able to control my kids devices when they're connected to my hotspot. This is especially helpful when we're on the road.

Edited (simplified) and raised to 5 stars. Does *not* support multimedia (pics, video) in its MMS support, this should be made more clear in the description. Syncs texts both ways, unlike Verizon's PC texting (unless maybe you use Verizon's Messages app, I didn't try). For pics and videos, you can use EasyJoin internal messaging to get them to your phone and then share in the EasyJoin app with your texting app.

This app has been a time saver for me, sure I could use one of the open source alts, but the fact I can have this operating on multiple types of devices and to transfer files easily between them (main use) is great with very little set up. The price is a bit too pricy for what I would normally pay for an app but you're paying for the time saved and supporting the dev. Keep up the good work and thanks.

I like the application in general. I didn't have much success with the Linux desktop, though. Filtering operations on SMS messages take a very long time and I couldn't send SMS from the desktop. The application doesn't integrate well with the Linux desktop. I guess desktop apps for other operating systems are better integrated. I appreciate that Linux is supported and I will keep an eye out on the development. Thanks. UPDATE: The SMS sending issue is resolved. The developer is attentive.
