Works okay but it logs out every day or two which is very frustrating for something that the VSA website wants to use as the first method of 2FA. While it is apparently logged out, it still sends you notifications, implying it isn't actually logged out. Basically the app is never ready to use when you want it.

app does not make sound on critical alerts nor on elevated. app only checks alerts on opening the app. these problems are random with each login. the app stays logged in random amounts of time. we need it to be always logged in so we can be b alerted when the alerts are generated.

Has started logging me out frequently, even with pin configured, really feels inconvenient now. Big step forward for VSA. Fusion was ok, but this is better. We'll see what happens with the K1 app.

Remote control stopped working after the last update for on premises servers. Over a month, and they still can't figure out why it is not working for all customers with on premises servers

Remote works great. Admins need a way to enforce biometrics and pin lock. Add 1 click password and an option for tap navigation for those of us with stylus.

The app stopped working for remote control for months, and they are still trying to fix it, but there are no updates until now, and they have no clue when they will have one.
