RobiCash make our life simpler and easier, I'm always use RobiCash app for pay bills, payment and mobile recharge.

Robicash purchase is a worst app and shows an error message "this service is not available" at the time of add money form RobiCash purchase option. It also not working when i tried to add money from Rocket. I also discussed through web chat to reset my password eventually the Robi/Airtel service is not helpful to solve the both issues and still have faced with the same problem, presently i should not be use the RobiCash app.

wrost app. server error shows several time when try to buy robicash. And the odd things is that you have to wait 6 hours to make 2nd attempt to refil robicash! Although 1st attempt was unsuccessful due to server error!

Very poor quality app! Whenever i try to purchase train ticket it shows "loading" for unlimited time and never shows the next step.

Robicash purchase is not working totally, can't recharge to robi cash from Bank, Card, BKash or others, when click on the RobiCash option- show this error message (This service is not available) i try through Clear cash and data, also reinstalled, but still have the same problem, present i can't use the RobiCash

'Robicash purchase' option in this app is very harmful. It is not working properly. It doesn't open page of transaction of m banking, debit, credit cards. So I fail credit the robi cash account from my m banking account.

Worst software. Robicash Purchase feature don't work. You should update the app and be customer-oriented. Or we will look for alternative. There's plenty of alternative available out there.
