حاولنا – في هذا الكراس الصغیر – أن نبین مجمل حركة المؤمن من القیام إلی المنام، لتكون هذه عیّنة من الحیاة الطیبة، ولا ندعي فیه أن هذه صیغة جامعة لحیاة كل الأفراد، إذ بإمكان أحدنا أن یضیف إلی حیاته مادة أخری للتكامل غیر ما ذكر.
وحاولنا أن نأتي علی المأثورات في هذا المجال، إذ إن ما ورد عن أهل البیت (عَلَیهُم السَّلام) هو المعین الصافي، فلنشرّق ولنغرّب فإننا سوف لن نجد سبیلاً أقرب إلی الله تعالی من هذا السبیل.
إن البعض قد لا یمكنه الإتیان بكل ما في هذا الكراس: إما لظرف حیاتي قاهر، أو لحداثة عهده بالإیمان، أو لفتور همّته.. ولكن ما المانع أن یتمنّی الإنسان صعود القمم وهو في الوادي؟!
