At first, looks simple to use, although only in Portuguese, but if you try to hail a taxi, it's impossible. I speak French and some Italian, so I shouldn't have problem using it. I enter my location, destination, type of payment, then try to hail taxi (pedir). It then asks to enter the number of passengers. I have option for van, 5,6,7 passengers, but not less!!! Really stupid. So I was unable to call the cab, instead went to taxi station!

I installed the app and registered my account. Made a booking in advance and received the confirmation number. Then, only a little before the booking time, they called to cancel. Allegating they don't have taxis in my town. Not a trustable service.

This is an example of a poorly made, poorly designed and untested app. Asks to register when the user is logged in, can't calculate/predict fare, APIs are slow..

Má qualidade e fuga aos impostos. Os taxistas não conseguem ver o mapa e perguntam onde fica o destino e depois de pagar, o recibo por email diz sempre "0.00 €". Não me resolvem o problema e já fiz queixa nas Finanças.

Com a última actualização, não é possível visualizar a posição do motorista. Apenas diz que o motorista está a caminho. Também para alterar o número de telefone em login anónimo, o indicativo está sempre do Brasil por defeito. As estimativas de preço dão quase 3x mais que o valor real final. É uma app com bom potencial mas que infelizmente ninguém conhece, nem mesmo quem utiliza táxi. Falta muito trabalho de divulgação para poder tentar concorrer com as plataformas tvde.
