Before to book a transfer, do to yourself a favor and check the reviews of the drivers on Google Play - get transfer driver. Just to avoid hard to imagine situations, like waiting for the driver forever. They don't pay their drivers and, as a result, will never show up to pick you up. Many drivers are qualifying this app as scam. Just check it! Now, you have been warned!!!

Haven't booked a trip in the app yet but I'm actually thinking of using it for our Balkans trip next year. However, the reviews that this app is a scam is really worrying. I hope there will be a feature to connect directly to the drivers and an option to pay after the trip is completed. This is for consumers' peace of mind. Response to developer: the reviews that they have not yet received their refunds are not very encouraging.

SCAM ALERT! This was a good idea, but bad management totally drowned it! Please don't use! Now it's just a SCAM. There are still drivers present in the app, but majority of them were not paid, so they will not come for you! They are just using you and your potential bad review as a leverage on GetTransfer to pay them, but I don't think that matters for the shady Gettransfer owner at all...And off course, Gettransfer will not refund your money back also

Don't bother using this company for airport transfer. They are not helpful with flight delays and their drivers do not track flight times when you provide the correct information. The taxi driver does not reply to you or answer phone calls and customer service is slow and useless. My family was left at the airport with no transport thanks to this company. Also when I requested a child seat to be included the driver did not provide this and had to carry my child on my knee...

Bad experience. Driver canceled the ride, and we have to call him for cash. We asked for a refund, and the app is not willing to pay. No chat support. Only emails and dont bother to reply.

The common issue here is why are you do not pay drivers, I worked in the service industry for 30 years before this company was started. We use our money from pocket to pay for fuel, Toll and parking and then after waiting for payment you tell us something else. Do not use this company, they are exploiting drivers, most of us is finding it hard to pay our debt. You need to put your efforts into paying your Drivers, you should be in Jail, CRIMINALS.

Booked 4 different rides and both drivers declined on me after making offers to me and the money going through, I only got a refund for one of the rides and it was the cheapest one, I got another refund on Company Credit that I don't plan on using and the other two are just nowhere to be found, I have contacted customer support time and time again but still haven't gotten my three entitled refunds. They want me to change my review but no refunds given for #18754032 #18754648, and #18754610.

Scam and Alert: I have personal experience on latest date 19 October 2024. I have booked taxi from frankfurt airport in Germany but driver was not came to airport and i have already paid payment 432.90 euro in Advance but company is not payment back my bank account then please Don't trust
