The app is meant to view any Land Records (Jamabandi and Shajra Nasb (Genealogy Tree) ) for any Revenue Estate in Himachal Pradesh. User can also view plot map for the villages where digitisation of plot maps has completed. The app provides facility to view Jamabandi based on Khewat, Khatoni or Khasra Number. User also has open to view Shajra Nasb. After selecting particular Jamabandi DOR for any village, the user has to use "Get Basic Data" button to fetch metadata for the selected combination. At this moment the user needs internet connection to get the metadta for the selected combination.User can search the family tree/genealogy tree by name. The owner names are searchable in unicode Hindi characters as the back office application stores all information in Devnagri script in Unicode character set. All the land records once accessed are automatically saved in "Saved Records" option for easy access.
Land Owners can seed their Aadhaar Number against their land record accounts in Himachal Pradesh. The app provides mechanism to search Land Records using seeded Aadhaar Number. Using this option the app returns all records of the owner where matching Aadhaar number has been seeded. User can view the records as per requirement.

Message for NIC team. I am patwari and please pay attention to this problem that this application work well before, but from last month this application is not working on my mobile and some others mobile phone, while this application working well on some mobile phone. I uninstalled this application and again install this application. But problem didn't resolved. Please NIC team look into this problem and resolve as soon as possible.

App not working since 1 month. What the developer is doing till date? If you have to keep the app in the same state then better to remove the app from the playstore. People don't have to waste the time in downloading it.

What is the use of such app if it doesn't show latest records? For my Village shows only till 2018. Useless in 2025

1. In the e-himbhoomi site in Android you can't change the village .. you need an laptop or PC to change revenue village. 2. Processing of megh site is no good. My request is please correct the issue with megh e-himbhoomi site. It's a headache as how m i suppose to use the site if I can't change the village. The site ehimbhoomi does not support village changing facilities in mobile. M not talking about app but the site where official login.

This site is pretty much unusable. It keeps stopping regardless of action you try performing. It severely needs an upgrade in terms of usability and layout.

very poor service, sometime when you download the jamabandi it takes you to default browser, and file downloaded there, but now it open in default browser to him bhoomi page, and there always mentioned that error, or invalid receipt number

It is excellent app regarding the jamabandi but said is not functioning in my mobile in day time. What's the reason. I'm advocate and deals in banking matters and due to such reason I have to check the jamabandi in day time and also in night time. Iam facing lot of problem as it is not working in my mobile in day time. Please solve this issue.
