Good app until you get a new phone, because you can't switch, because you will never get an email with the conformation code. Heard many complaints about it.

The app is okay for the basic functionality it offers but this low rating is due to a poor user experience. The app is offered in several languages; however, not everything is translated having certain screens in one language with several terms usually in Dutch, as default, instead of a more universal language.

The UI/UX of the application is horrifying. The workflow also has useless steps which requires you to do "nothing" but keeps flooding you with emails of tasks already complete. The app doesn't help to give a seamless experience of information, feels complicated... also changing my own data on it is really a hurdle.. i think someone need to rethink this whole thing.

2FA for the website login never works (several things about it not working properly). UI is just as bad as the website. It is really frustrating when you just want to get something done or look up something quickly.

Slow and mostly not working, since update of Dec 3. Need to use this for booking vacation hours and declarations. Can't use it, very frustrating app. Error message says something about missing SSL certificate and about not reaching server. Loads forever, can't show anything. Ends with error about something that can't be reached or loaded. Update 21/12/21: mysterious works again.

Appallingly slow to use. On my top-of-the-line Samsung S22, the app hangs executing such basic things as retrieving dates/calendar or work type. This happens on every single entry and declaration. Also, some of the English language translations are poor.
