Really weak. Always asks about cookies (even when accepted), always logs you out, always crashing in the middle of purchase. Not intuitive to use, confusing layout, just overall a bad experience, especially since they FORCE you to use the app in order to buy tickets and enter the stadium. How much money they make, for sure they could improve the app.

Absolutely awful. Cannot be set to English, have it now since 2 weeks that I cannot even start the app on my Amdroid device (Apple works), even after reinstalling it. Now I cannot reach my mobile ticket for the game on Sunday. The ticket resale shop doesn't work either. It shows empty seats, I can select them, bit I cut put them in my basket... the whole experience simply sucks.

Absolutely shocking app wouldn't do anything nearly didn't get to see the match that I got tickets for it was only with the guy at the mobile ticket window at the Stadium that managed to help us out. Expect more from a club the size of Ajax.

Despite what AFC Ajax said, this app opens in Dutch and the user cannot get to his/her profile to change to English until he/she registers using Dutch terminology, which defeats the purpose. The registration page should have a language selection.

It doesn't work. 'Something went wrong, your device is offline', despite having a strong WiFi connection. Unable to access my tickets

Keeps sending notifications, even if this setting is turned off. Also resets the setting to receive notifications to 'on' occasionally
