the videos are good however, at least on my phone, playing the video didnt keep my screen from going to sleep like other video apps do. This meant every 30 minutes I had to make sure to touch the screen so my phone wouldnt go to sleep. Would also be really nice to be able to cast to my Chromecast, since I don't have a smart tv, so until that's an option I won't be paying for this app.

When I first got this app, there were multiple spin classes with Revolutions that I loved. They have now locked them all, and they can only be found by searching through history on the device they were previously used. I can't switch to my tablet and use it. A new video was uploaded, but it isn't near the quality they were when the group was together. Plus, it's the ONLY one. Peloton sure is looking much more inviting!

I installed at the beginning of Jan as this is the program used in the gym of our apt complex. I updated to the paid monthly subscription to unlock the videos the 1st day I installed and 4 weeks later, the videos are still locked and the responses from support have yet to solve the issue. I asked for a refund and was told they can't give me a refund, it has to go through Google play. Google says that's absolutely incorrect - Fitness on Demand owes me the refund and is refusing to pay.

Says it's installed on my laptop and that it is compatible but ALL the videos are locked and I can't access anything. It works fine on my phone but I would much rather watch videos from my 16 inch screen vs my 4 inch phone screen. Come on people.

You can't select a "journey" because when you try to add info, you get an error every time. This is part of a coaching program designed to help you reach your goals and you can't even access workouts. Terrible UX. 😕

Im completely unable to open this service in browser and am forced to use the app if I want to use this. I dont need to be cluttering up my phone with this stuff when theres so many other services out there for exercise that doesnt require it. I only got this service free from a program i joined so id like to make use of it. Really dont appreciate a strict need to download some app.

I'm on an infinite loop trying to sign in. The app keeps telling me there are problems with my FLEX account, yet the website keeps taking me back to installing the app. The website also keeps resetting my password even though I'm trying to login! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I only have so much patience! 0 stars!

i have been trying to reach you since last week to cancel bc the videos never unlocked. When i get charged after the trial period, that is when the 'cancel subscription' was available?? I called and sent email. I was told it was a different company. hmmm, 2 companies with the same logo?? smh
