There are a lot of bugs in this app. If you look at the device connection, even the device which is not connected appears to be connected. It does not even get blocked. If you try to block it 4/5 times, it gets blocked forcefully. The net also runs very slow.

This is the most useless app I have ever used. It doesn't work most of the time. I cannot change the settings for my router because whatever I set it to it reverts back. The Mac filtering feature doesn't work. The support is terrible, they close the ticket without solving anything. I would not recommend the ISP or the app to my worst enemy. If NT fiber is available please just choose that.

This app is straight-up pointless half the time. If I’m not connected to the internet already, the app won’t even open — like how does that make sense? I’m out, trying to connect to WorldLink Free Wi-Fi using the app, and boom — it crashes or refuses to load. What’s the point of a Wi-Fi app that needs Wi-Fi to even function? Then there’s the blacklist feature… wow. I block a device, the app takes forever, then next time I open it — poof, it’s gone. If I turn off blacklisting and turn it backboom

After recently updating the app, it's not accessible at all. While I try to open the app a blue screen appears then it stays that way for minutes.

There are still many rooms for improvement. Like, 1.wifi settings for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz seperately 2. Option for enabling secondary SSID for Guest. 3. Better support for huawei router. Like we cannot restart router from app. Such a basic functionality have bug in this app. Although I have always better experience with worldlink. I have been using worldlink wizoom wireless @512 Kbps and now FTTH @100 Mbps.

After recent update, we need to run speed check before reporting any issue. I am trying to report an issue because there is no connection or slow connection and diagnosis itself fails because it can't connect to router and unable to report problem from app and need to call support. whose brilliant ideas was to first try to connect router and hit diagnosis and missed the small fact that we can still use mobile data to use app report problem

Worldlink might just be the worst service provider. We had a 3 days internet outage in my area and to contact them was hell. They expect you to contact them through the app which does not work with out internet so what is the point. Their telephone services are useless. Honestly, lowest of lows when it comes to service. I would've given 0 stars if it was an option.

Terrible app. can't even handle a simple blacklist request. Takes forever to load and resets the list from time to time. I am convinced that they hired Nepal's low tier app developer for sure.
