I have been with mighty-Mobile for about 12 months and so far I have nothing but good to say about them. this is a prepaid service which means we are more in control of what we are buying. the speeds are excellent. the fact that the only offer unlimited plans is excellent. hotspotting is included in all plans. the app is excellent. the pricing for unlimited and speed beats allmost all other providers. the customer service also is fast and easy to work with. thank you.

I live in Auckland central and in my concrete apartment, I have the worst reception! I was with one nz before moving to mighty mobile so I didn't expect much difference but it's actually worse. I dont get clear calls, and have to use what's app and messenger. today I needed data on my phone and MM couldn't handle making an uber order for coffee. I had to switch Sims over to my spark number for reliable reception. I was in remuera not the wopswops. app live chat is more live bot and 1 answer

sometime auto transcation doesnot go through even when there is enough balance, most of all, you can change plans on accident there is no confrimation option to avoid accidental change of plans and if it happens twice you will still have 2 very similar plans running. there is no option to duspute it. it is kind of scam. edit: i was able to solve the problem through chat with person. if you ask for a person in help bot it ll connect to someone fast.

i believe the app needs to be updated. I can't see my usage it anything it says I don't have any plans with them, but I do? 😕

Terrible service. Despite being charged for a full month, I was only able to use the service for two weeks due to the ridiculous porting process, which took two full weeks to complete, during which I was not able to use my phone for messages, calls or mobile data. No updates or information were provided during this time. Emails were responded to but did not help or provide any useful information. Would not recommend to anyone ever. 0 stars

As good as any other mobile provider that I have tried. Help desk gets the job done eventually. App works well and I can do most things directly on it. Speed is great and I think the fastest plan was well worth paying for. Esim works well and number porting was hassle free

Not a very good app, quite unreliable, sometimes the plans I buy just will not work at all and will not allow you to change plans or cancel the plan you've already bought, I've waited a week to see if it just needed a few more days for it to work but no, it just took my money and has been active but not working at all. No txr, calls or internet.

Rating is not for the app, as I haven't used it yet. Tried contacting CS. No estimated wait time, no call back feature, or no other means of contacting. Chat started at 10 47 am, waited for 25 mins, at 11 18 am, customer service agent contacted back but I was not there they waited for replying for 3 mins and chat ended. At the same minute, I replied back and I'm still waiting for an answer. Update - at 1 30 got a reply in chatbox. Still haven't solved the issue. Absolutely Ridiculous!!
