Seems like an issue with a few people. Me and my partner are both getting a connection error. Both phones are compatible and like others we have tried all sorts to fix the issue with no luck. Super annoying because we often use it to record things when we aren't home. Please fix

1. The search function fails, returning you to listings screen or sometimes app quits. Message: 'SKY TV closed because this app has a bug' 2. Listings are corrupted. The guide often displays an episode name, or even worse, just an episode number where it should show the series name. No use at all. 3. Bookings fail (Network error). SkyGo app is not the answer either. Non-Sky channels do not appear and therefore remote booking is impossible.

11/01/25 - Edit, finally this app is working again, thank you! 28/12/24 - Like others, I have not been able to use the app the past few weeks, getting a "connection error" when attempting to open. Uninstalled & reinstalled, but still the same message. Have resorted to the Sky website TV Guide for remote recording. However, this is painfully slow on my phone - better on a tablet, laptop or PC, but not always convenient!

Getting connection errors every time I start the app, just like others. Was a working fine 3 weeks ago. Even with a clean install on a new phone it started fine the first time, but after logging in it wouldn't connect when restarting the app. Reinstalling doesn't fix the issue, and it doesn't start fully so aren't able to clear and re-enter credentials. Sent an email to the app support address, but it was returned undeliverable

I can't login at all, I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, as well as clearing the cache, deleting all data, force stopping, uninstalling, restarting my phone and then reinstalling again and it still comes up with "connection error" every time I try to sign in. I've tried contacting the Sky app email address with the email bouncing back as well as contacting another account with no response. It's working just fine on Apple but not working at all on Samsung and Android. Sky, sort your 💩 out!!

When I try to open the app it gets part way through and says connection error and won't go any further have tried uninstalling then reinstalling, have also tried turning phone off then on again but to no avail which is so annoying this problem has been going on for the past two weeks. Is there any chance of your technicians fixing this problem soon.

Not working on my android Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Such a nuisance as have been a happy user up 'til now. Being able to record items whilst not home has been used for many years. Tried to uninstall and re-load with no success. Phone restarted, no success. Can't see the version number that was downloaded. Hubby on IPhone has since downloaded and it works okay.

This app has stopped working now for the last week or more. How convenient right on Christmas holidays ! Can't record anything while away from the boxset. Come on Sky! How long does it take to get back up and functioning again?? Should not take this long. I expect a reimbursement on the monthly bill for everyone using your service if it takes much longer. Cheers.
