Held every February the racecourse starts on the West coast, at Kumara beach and traverses the width of the island, crossing the main divide and finishing on the East Coast.
Over the years that grew to a peak of close to 1000 competitors and the event has grown with different sections to suit all those from the professional athletes to the weekend warriors.

App doesn't provide you updates, only point of the app is to use the links which take you to the web version, no point selecting anyone to follow in the app either as it doesn't provide updates at all as to where they are tracking, have to jump online to look up results on the web. Useless app

Useless. And became even more useless since I downloaded it. Could at least track some athletes, now I can't see any information at all.

can't search, find, follow Athletes. Samsung S8 Android Phone. Have uninstalled & reinstalled several times but still no good. Very disappointing.

Could find the athlete but then there is nothing. On a samsung S8. really disappointing that this seems to be a constant issue

Can't see athlete/team splits when you open up in profile (using Android). Appears to work on Apple.
