The original app was vastly better than this new one, which one assumes they believe to be an improvement. Too many "features" that get in the way of efficiency and functionality, and tons of missing content. If they really, really wanted all the pointless and intrusive (in my opinion) new "features," could they not also have managed to import the original content? OMG. Every time I have to use this, I hate it more. Couldn’t you just take it away and put the old one back?

What a perfect example of making something worse in the spirit of updating. It's very slow and the search engine is rubbish. - I just edited my review, but unfortunately it wouldn't let me change it to zero stars which is what I actually think. If I thought it was bad when I first installed it, that was nothing. Now it completely unusable. When you try to view your account, it doesn't always load and when it does, the pop-up screen does not diminish so you can't see the what books are due.

Takes too long to open and get to the desired functionality. I really just want the app to be a wallet for my family's library cards. That should be the first thing to come up. I don't want to wait 20 seconds every time I open the app for book covers to populate. I also dislike being reminded over and over again that notifications are turned off. I've chosen to leave them that way, the app should leave it alone after that.

Logs me out and then I have to enter my library card constantly. Slow loading times and freezes. This app is atrocious to use. Might as well use the library site at this rate. Searching is equally painful, it doesn't filter based on the very specific title ie PS4 (enter title). Poorly designed and dare I say maintained. I have a Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra

Serious downgrade. If the old app still worked, I'd uninstall this and go back to the it in a heartbeat. As others have already pointed out, this app is extremely slow and the search is, at times, useless. So, no, little popup asking me to enable notifications—I don't want to enable notifications because I don't want to do *anything* in this app.

It's great, thank you! Suggestions: [1] back button to lead to a homescreen landing page rather than to previous screen. [2] In check outs, add sorting by account holder (for those who may manage multi accounts, i.e. family members, etc) [3] restore "change pick up location" functionality on holds, if possible. Thanks for the great app!

This app takes FOREVER to open. It feels like we are in the dial-up internet days from the 20th century. It is also disappointing to see other negative reviews and not one single response from this company acknowledging the issues and wanting to improve this app.

Very slow, pictures don't upload, details don't upload, and the page jumps - so when you go to click on something it jumps and you end up clicking on something else. I liked the old one much better. And now it keeps bumping me out and I have to re-enter the card number and pw.
