HOW TO USE:
• Point your camera at a flat, well-lit surface
• Place the round blue spot where you want to spawn the character and tap on the screen
• Move the character around by tapping on the screen

• Swipe right on the main screen to open the catalogue of physical products.

• Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

Very disappointed. The scanning is erratic and works only on first page of Wow animals. The app is very non user friendly. I strongly recommend you put up a 'how to' video on using the app with a book. Perfect example of detachment of designer from users who are very basic in their capabilities

Guys the app tries to scan a QR activation code, it's not in ar mode to start. Search for the thing you have- say 'ar globe' for the earth - tap the result and hit scan QR activation code. I lost mine but found one on Google images. I opened the pic on another phone and scanned it using this app. The app then enters AR mode and works easy. Instructions are woeful.

Beware, hangs and reboots my Android 11 phone. App is extremely slow. Similar issues on Android Lenovo 3rd gen tablet. We saw the heart beating but since we tried the AR Globe the software is killing our devices and doesn't work well enough to wait for another software upgrade. The biggest problem is the size of image on screen and it needs the actual globe to be in background to get any use from software.

It would be a good app but it doesn't work! You need to scan the QR code every time you want to use AR (so we need to keep the leaflet), the AR doesn't read properly nine out of ten times, and when it does (it looks good), it stops after 20 seconds and we need to restart the app. Its a pain.

I have the AR globe. Love the concept. Would be nice if the AR didn't disconnect while trying to view, I see no reason why it should, I should choose to disconnect. Becasue of this, I cant go right around the world to see new zealand etc and reloading the AR is slow.

I really like this app because I have a lot of fun with it. The first book I bought from devar is Dinosaur Encyclopedia. I always enjoy learning something new. Only thing I would like is an update where you have a lot more features to do with dinosaurs. Great app!

It takes too long to load, but after i clear the cache, its cool. My problem is the background music is too loud while the narrative voice is too small, i can barely listen to the given information.

Android mobile app get internet connection error when activation QR code is scanned. I am waiting for a workaround from you. Something went wrong on your side it is a blocker bug released in production ntz ntz ntz, I've tried with two different devices, same result.
