Dreadful. It cannot recognise the browser, I have never been able to log on. I have uninstalled and rebooted it several times and failed to ever get past the front screen. I am being asked to prove I have completed the training which I paid for independently, and cannot operate the machines until then. Having completed an NPORs tele handler course, a plastic card with digital back up allows me to work on events sites in minutes. I've gone back to the training company for paper evidence.

Seems to be very selective on which devices it will actually work on. During training course the app would not let me register on Samsung S20. When I arrived home, I managed to register on old Samsung S5E tablet which is not much use for carrying around on site. Other people I know have been experiencing the same problems. I'm all for technology, but the software needs to work properly or there is no point in using it.

Very poor, nearly unusable interface. It takes me on average 3 attempts to log in, each time having to restart the app because of white screens or error pages. The app doesn't remember your login information so you have to sign in every time which is where the problem is. This app would work well in addition to a physical card but is most definitely NOT A REPLACEMENT and charging £40 for a physical card after I just spent £300 is a joke

Honestly this app is in dire need of a kick up the metaphorical back side. You tap on the icon and the app doesn't even load, when it does load, you have to sign in every time and I am not kidding, every time. Directed to the IPAF website to authenticate my device, clicked remember me, I've allowed all the functions. Stop making me do this eveytime. You can't discontinue the plastic cards without a reliable alternative. UPDATE 30/3/2022 This app is still terrible. Fix it or go back to plastic.

absolute terrible app. truly is shocking. I go to sign in and it redirects me to webpage. I click app and it tells me to log in again. Ive had a message telling me a card is available to view on the app but it isn't there. someone needs sacking over this dreadful app.

Got to 65 lifter usage and app won't load my experience saying can't find any machines, emailed ipaf, still waiting for it to be resolved, loaded it on to another phone, same problem, not impressed as I've used over 30 lifters since this issue began.

App just doesn't work , constantly logging in , doesn't remember you , app takes minutes to open well load up, layout isn't at all simple and 90% of sites want a physical copy to photocopy into a file or scan it on to system. Also the app takes days to upload your training from a training center !!

App won't open. I tap on the app to open it like any other and it just doesn't open. It seems like the app needs to be developed further. If the app does finally open the ability to view the operator details is pretty good but work needs to be done. Personally would prefer the old smart card.
