The new update is horrible!!! Like most Oklahomans I love the mesonet and think we are so lucky to have a wonderful tool like this! However the new update has to load mini maps for every catagory which is unnecessary and takes longer to load. Once it does load you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom to find the wind, which is the tool I, like many others, use the most!! If you can't change it back at least add a favorites tab, so you access the maps you use the most quickly

Simple visuals, tidy home screen. No obtrusive ads or flashy irrelevant news articles. Four buttons at the bottom of the screen: 1) Current weather + two smaller panes for "tonight" and "tomorrow." 2) Maps Menu 3) Radar 4) Advisories Simple on the surface. The maps menu has a ton of in-depth data. I love the "no frills, quick in an emergency" features, combined with the option to look at the data professional meteorologists use.

This updated version of the app is very bad compared to the previous major versions. product selection is especially terrible, as it takes about 3 years of scrolling to find a single product you want. I don't understand who ever thought changing the menu format to the current one would be an improvement at all. Please revert back to past versions.

They finally fixed the sharing when they put out the new app. Now they have ruined it again. Instead of sharing the map, it shares the URL, which points to a map that is newly generated every 5 minutes. Totally made the feature useless. Nobody put any thought into that mod.

Gives in-depth information @ statewide weather and shows current trends. Covers a broad range of categories; for example,it's possible to look at "livestock comfort." The writer even manages to add humor, a dimension unavailable in the other weather apps I've consulted.

It's dead on, if y'all had an update for some new features like a forecast, notifications, etc; you'd dominate. This is the only reliable weather radar/rainfall/wind etc that there is.

Does version 2.5.0 not work on Android 11? My Android device has version 11, but I do not see the 2.5.0 version of the Mesonet app in the Play Store. Thanks.
