This app is worthless at the best-of-times. When it does decide to open - the verification request does not work for SMS and when you request an email, the code has expired by the time you receive. Garbage - for a company that charges way too much for technology R&D they fail with a simple mobile application. What makes this an even more waste of digital space is that if you have an active running VPN application - app does not even start. Update...removed this app from my phone, wasted space.

Had notifications on, and autopay active. Autopay failed for a reason that they cannot tell me. Tons of late fees. App either crashed or was unresponsive when attempting payment, though I was finally able to get things paid and autopay turned back on. For a company that siphons money out of its customers, they sure can't pay decent devs

App works just fine. Electric bill keeps going up like everything else. I remember when it was <$30/mo, and that was with the old incandescent bulbs. Crazy how we switch to LED's and bills is $38.19 for supply, $18.09 for taxes that was already deducted off our income tax, then another $46.63 for delivery fee. It's insane!

Unable to make a payment to my account through that app. It doesn't go past the pop up screen to add a bank account, or add a debit/credit card to your account. I've used this app successfully for years to pay my bill previously, prior to this latest version.

the app is very slow and laggy, I input to pay a partial payment of $189 towards my bill of $299, instead of it making a partial payment, it had took the full payment of $299. I don't have money like that and don't appreciate my money being taken.

This is an easy to use app once I get logged in. I am always getting logged out though. This is not a great experience because I don't get any reminders while I am logged out. At this point it's not much more convenient than going to the website. Note: A year later and it is no better.

11 months and my issue has not been fixed. Left feedback, submitted a request and i was to receive some sort of communication back from them, and I haven't, they give you some sort of confirmation number after submitting just to make you feel like they care. They don't. Comed will reply to this and say contact us. What for you dont respond back. Back to paper it is.

I can't pay my bill online or through this app. I can understand occasional technical difficulties, but they really have flopped on this account change. I finally got an electronic bill, but I can't pay it. Please do better.
