Ii would give this app a 2 star rating but I find it very useful in terms of messaging/communicating with my doctors. The app works most of the times except when it doesn't. It won't remember me despite being confirmed to remember me. The biometric login feature hardly ever appears unless there is some secret code of the universe which clicks into place and....there it is! You can't delete old notifications, I've tried and you can't clean up your landing page.

Checking Appointments is easy, the rest is only as good as the information added and maintained by the medical support staff of your providers. Medications and health issues seem to be difficult for them to keep in sync with other providers. Big plus is seeing your own test results, new and past.

The app is very buggy. I keep having to reset my password and then customer service said my account is still active. The biometric login is missing on the home screen most of the time so I cannot automatically login. I end up like logging in through my connect NYU account. Once I am in the app everything works fine.

This app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I always get very timely responses to my messages which cover all aspects of my requirements from CSS. It provides all info needed to keep track of my appointments, medications, test results etc. in one location resulting in my having complete confidence that I have access to my treatment at all times.

Update has ruined this app. Cannot use 4 digit pass code no matter how many times you set it. It will constantly give you a log in error. Also continously signs you out even if "keep logged in is checked" I simply cannot understand how bugs that effect primary issues can get by. I mean issues as fundemental as simply logging in.

It's not the most comprehensive or easy to use app. It has an option for fingerprint login but it never works. It never remembers my user name, despite the remember me box being used. It's only really decent for getting test results, setting appointments and requesting refills.

WCM app is very easy to use! Making appointments, requesting refills and asking questions on the app make your life easier, no need to make additional phone calls. The office staff and doctors are very responsive. Thank you so much for all your efforts and support.

I would give it 5 stars if this website was up to date. Several of my providers who are no longer with the institution, are still listed under my care team. Physicians who do not accept new patients or certain insurance plans, are listed to show that they do. Otherwise, very useful and a great tool for patients to have.
