An Android based customer facilitation portal for MEPCO customers.The "MEPCO LIGHT" mobile application is a step forward towards making electricity consumers able to access Billing Details and Information regarding Load Management Schedule and more at their finger tips. This Android based application also allows the electricity consumers to lodge, track complaints and apply for electricity new connection.

This is a waste of time. I have complained using this app four times. After that, every three hours I get a message that your complaint has been resolved, but nothing happens. This department should be privatized so that the people here understand how the work is done.

I forgot my password and tried to get recover it through my email ID. It says something went wrong. Email not sent. It's been two weeks i am trying to recover it. What to do? Further more, only one consumer No. can be added and not more than one. What if i own more than 1 commercial connections?

A very good APP which is working very well. There is a one suggestion. Please add a option for Present and previous reading month wise.please add option for installment of bill.
