The app is so full of bugs, sometimes it's impossible to use. I have just charged my credit on the app and 2 minutes later it says I am not registered on the app, so I can't use it. I've been using it for years, including just now, how come? Many other troubles too, like trying to redeem the discount codes.. when it works it's great, but you never know if it will.

This app is a serious headache... usually I try to renew my subscription there but it just decides to not work from time to time. Right now, it is unable to load at all! After more then a year of use, please, fix the goddamn app! Edit: Cleared the cache but the issue persists. It keeps trying to reload the main page. Doesn't let me do anything else.

I've experienced quite a few bugs but I find the app quite entertaining- with the scratch thing. Most of the issues I encountered were actually log in issues where my app would go blank whenever I logged in or just not let me log in at all. I ended up uninstalling and now, with a new phone, I experienced some log in bugs once more (with the verification code) but they quickly solved themselves and the app is now working fully well!

The app at first refused to work, saying it had "connection issues", even though I was on WiFi, and obviously switching to mobile data fixed nothing, after reinstalling 2 times it finally worked, only to be extremely laggy, but I managed to register, then after logging in it sent me back to the login screen and would not let me log in, reinstalled again, managed to log in, after which, the app said I had 3 silver and golden spins, but I only got silver, and of course, the balance doesn't show!!!

It started charging me 2 € for extra internet even though the logs show I wasn't even close. I had to dig to find where to disable this option. After disabling, my extra internet was also cut without me using it, but I was not refunded. Today it charged me for the week and immediately said I had already used up my 1 GB, even though my 4G was turned off. I couldn't find any support for this problem inside the app or on the website.

The app is incredible and well organised. The only downside is performance. For some reason I can't do scratches? I swipe on the circle and I can't click in the prize. Is this intentional?

Very bad app, they have a bug that doesn't allow me to buy a 14€ mobile plan. When i choose to charge with card, mbway or atm an error flag appear saying to try later (was like this for 2 days in a row) I uninstalled the app, cleared the cache and data, and even though still the same mistake. I can't use the app nor even the service

The app doesn't even open. I have seen from other reviews that for some reason you have to clear the cache to get it to work and whatnot. Instead of having your clients fix the problems with bootleg solutions, why don't you just program it properly? This feels like a poor Computer Science freshman's project.
