This app has a long way to go to match features and the functionality a rower would expect of such a platform. It lacks automatic integration with some major platforms like strava, concept 2 etc which are frequently used by rowers, and of the rowing apps it chose to communicate, it had chosen Float, which is one of the weakest software options at the time of writing. I am finding it very 'manual' to use as a result of the lack of integration.

-g+ login failed- it says there is no account, -fb login failed too, -clubs and members are not visible, -pricing model is unclear, -instead of creating personal profile it turned out that I've created clubs. -Notification about extending free trial version is confusing. A lot of improvements need to be done.

Really good customer service. Extremely quick response to an issue I was having with the app and an update with a fix was pushed out almost immediately. Excellent service as an app too.
