This app is horrible. I did pay for permanent cloud storage to remove ads and the ads are still present not only that but there is no play back on stored videos. Therefore this app is untrustworthy and a bit sketchy to be honest I have requested a refund but no word yet on that status. worst case scenario I just lost 4 bucks. Don't waste your time with this product

Completely terrible to use. Have trouble setting it to the wifi, can only view it while device is connected to the same wifi as the camera, doesn't support recording & storing functions. Very bad. Highly DO NOT recommend

The device doesn't show up to connect, and scanning QR is pointless since the camera still went connect. $19.99 paper weight. I have the wireless HD security light bulb camera with wall adapter.

Took me a little bit to figure out how to connect the camera to my router but I did it and I payed for the cloud storage and can't use it.. Trying to get my money back 😭...

It seems to be quite challenging to establish a connection, and even if a connection is somehow established, it unfortunately becomes inaccessible after approximately 10 seconds. Therefore, it is practically of no use.

Impossible to connect and keep it connected. I manage to connect directly with the phone (not with wifi), and every time I try to set up the wifi connection, it goes offline and never reconnects. COMPLETELY USELESS

My camera will not pair with ANY device whatsoever I've even taken it to a different location and tried to connect to someone else's wifi, a 2.4 and 5 will not connect. Waste of time and money.
