Abu Dhabi Taxi is a user friendly application that offers the convenience of booking a taxi in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi “UAE” from your current location which is determined by the phone GPS.

There are several issues with the app's functionality and user interface that need to be addressed. Firstly, the app often displays inaccurate information regarding taxi availability, indicating a lack of taxis when there are in fact several empty taxis nearby. Secondly, after completing a journey, the app may continue to show that the trip is still ongoing when the user reopens the app. Lastly, the app isn't working or system for most of the time I have been using the app since 2 years.

Scheduling a taxi never works on app, they come immediately instead of the scheduled time. Very primitive app, always asking for location permission forcefully. When you book through the call center, always there is a problem happening, taxi going to your destination rather than the pick up location, when you choose pick up from last pick point they go to your first ever made booking point, some taxis don't have the card machine. App needs a lot of work, all taxis should have card machines.

This app was perfect! Now it's horrible! It doesn't open, it keeps giving an error message. This is all suddenly happening since Friday 4/09. It shut down while I was in a taxi and trying to pay through the app. Thank goodness I had some cash on me or that would have been an embarrassing problem! The app was working fine why update it when it made it worse!?! Ever since then it's still doing the same thing. I even uninstalled the app and downloaded it again. SAME ISSUE!!!

The app is an easy way to book your ride. However, it needs a lot of improvements. Please consider the following points: It hangs a lot when searching for the taxi. It does not recognise the current location! It crashes frequently. The drivers are not getting the destination as set in the app. There is no option to select previous routes instead of entering it again. There is no option to rate drivers

Very low usefulness, the locations are not updated, it is not possible to choose a location on a map, it circles it to the nearest point it knows. Putting a destination has no point either, the driver has no idea where you're going and it's apparently not connected to any maps, like uber or other applications. On top of it all, you pay 4dhs extra to use it.

Great app. Very easy to use with a great interface. Sadly had to change my review because recently tried more than 3 times and get the sms "no cabs in the area" yet when I look at the app it shows there are taxis nearby. It's either the app is not working properly or drivers are not accepting orders yet are in the area... thank goodness for Careem. It's not that much more expensive and it's reliable.

The App consistently fails to book me any available taxi no matter how long I wait, then 10mins later I receive a call from a confused Taxi who received the booking and is waiting. Meanwhile, I myself can't see it in the App, didn't receive an SMS confirmation and am therefore UNABLE TO CANCEL A BOOKING I NEVER RECEIVED so the driver is stuck waiting for me to cancel when I can't even see it on the app. I have had this issue for 4+ months now, PLEASE FIX THIS! The app was kinda fine before

It doesn't show family taxis availability when I click on it. Please fix it. Very bad availability service specifically family taxi always not available in certain areas even it shows there is. In addition if by chance you find one the refuse to come and require to cancel. I was putting 2 stars but now I put only one I was hopping to put 0 stars if available
