The app has constant issues with ads messing up the stream and now the app will not load after crashing during one of the most important games of the year (India-Pakistan, Champions Trophy). Not good enough. Double the price, get rid of the ads and stabilize the platform. Enough of this poor quality.

UPDATE: still as terrible as ever (Champions Trophy). WON'T LET ME LOG IN. I FORCED TO USE MY WEB BROWSER, MAKING THE APP USELESS (login works in browser). Most inept, unreliable app in the history of sports apps. They don't care that they suck, either. Can't login via TV provider (though sometimes I can). Have tried on multiple devices. GettiGetting Forbidden" error on my iPad, which is beyond ridiculous. Please hire some web developers from the 21st century. This is EMBARRASSINGLY BAD.

This is the most useless app I have ever seen. Please do not subscribe to willow tv. Subscribe to some other services. I did the mistake of subscribing it once by to watch a match and they made sure that I missed all the important areas of the match. The app is always stopping in the middle, the website being slow and down. I would have given 0 if I could, but I don't think we can write a review if we put 0

This is a very unreliable app across TV & Phone. App crashes, stream gets interrupted every other over. On top of that, there are ads when $10 bucks for watching just one sport. Subscription fee doesn't do justice to the cricket fans for this awful service. Really wish someone else acquires the streaming rights for cricket in the US. It was great when ESPN+ & HULU had the streaming rights. Willow is just ripping off the cricket fans from the Indian subcontinent.

New subscriber, but so far I'm very happy with the Willow Cricket app. After reading all the negative comments, I took a gamble and tried it out. I'm using it on a Samsung S24 and a Hisense smart Google TV. Both devices are handling the app well. It's pretty stable as long as your internet connection is strong enough. I was confused by all the bad rep this app gets, noting many of the haters posted their complaints some years ago. The app probably matured over time as it should. I love Willow!

BCCI should seriously consider cancelling their contracts with Willow in US, it's the sole reason behind the lack of viewership, constant technical issues with the app. During the ICC Champions Trophy final, app never loaded. What's the point of paying 10$ for not being able view the most awaited games.

What pathetic streaming service man! There is always and always some kind of glitch going on.... The team is too incompetent to have the stream play straight... And the best part is - management does not care! They keep bombarding the paid ($10.99/month) stream with Ads. Genuine suggestion, guys, your moat won't be for long... please have a better product in place.

The app is so bad that it doesn't even load. Permanently stuck on the splash screen. It takes quite an effort to make something so bad and requires a lot of bravery to keep it live on the app store so great job on that!
