Loved it for its easy UI. It stopped working for the past few days and it's stuck on a privacy update screen. It's been impossible to update my weight or BP to share it with my doctor. I was this close to subscribe but I'm glad I didn't. I'm looking for a competitor that actually works. So disappointed.

Very good experience...until a few days ago. Otherwise, review would be a solid 5 stars. Device worked seamlessly and efficiently for the first 30 days. Then, the phone app failed to re ognize my account and is trying to get me to start over again from scratch (first entering country and language). I just started new medication a little over a week ago and I don't want to lose my last month worth of history. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Easy to connect to Omron B/P devices. Saves months of data. The one thing that bugs me is the data export feature. I pulled 6 months of readings in a PDF file to send to my doctor. The length of the file was unreal. I had to message him to let him know to go to PAGE 32 (!) to view the actual list of readings. There should be a way to select what you want in the export if you don't need the charts, graphs, and other analytics they add

#4 broken again since 10/21! #3 (9/19/2024) I did an uninstall-reinstall, then had to unpair Bluetooth & re-pair, then re-sync everything. It was a complicated pain in the a$$! Glad I have duplicate paper records. Next time they do this, I am not sure it's worth the effort 2nd - 9/3/2024 update broke it! the app stopped working. 1st - easy to use! app is convenient for storing data and showing to the doctor.

It only synced with my wristband model Wrist: BP4350, a few times, and no longer. I tried uninstalling the app reinstalled it and still it says there is no new data to sync even though there is a lot of new data to sync. Very frustrating because I need to report the data to my doctor and now I have to manually enter it into my record. It's still connects to my Omron intellisense wristband cuz it tries to start the sync and mentions the model number. So for me the app is a waste of time.

Marginally useful when it works. After not using it for a month, it kept crashing, then after totally erasing all data, it finally ran, got configured, and connected. But then, all the time/dates were missing on my device since the last run, and it was unable to download any recent readings. I had to go through setting time, which was already set, and now it works but I've lost a month's data. Also, for some reason, it will not even run in my doctor's office for some reason. Very disappointing!

This app is no longer working on my Pixel 6. When I open the app, I can't access anything, the screen is frozen. All my blood pressure and weight data is stored in it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. UPDATE: The app is now loading correctly. I'm having a problem with my most recent weight readings not syncing but I think that's because I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and those are weights I took before re-pairing the scale to the app.

This app worked great for well over a year, then suddenly, it stopped. It will record a reading, but history no longer works, then I realized nothing works. Everything I click on is unresponsive. Not sure what happened to it, is it my phone, or the app? I don't want to delete it & reinstall it because I'll lose all my history. I can't access it, so I guess it doesn't matter if I delete it & reinstall it.
