Impossibile to book an appointment! It crashes all the time. Also, I always get a random message that the app has stopped working on my device. Pretty useless. Updating my review, after almost one year the problem hasn't been fixed. Still crashing. Although when you call the studio they keep encouraging you to use the app. Also, I don't understand why it's not allowed to take a screenshot or copying the text of the communications with the doctor. Sometimes it's useful to do so...

The app has always worked just fine for me, but it stopped working after it went from turquoise to dark blue. I've tried to uninstall it several times, and then reinstall, but when I open the app the screen is dark blue, and there's nothing there. I use this app, as everyone else, to communicate with my doctor, and it's important that this issue is fixed asap. It's already been a few weeks.

Usually, it worked fine for my needs, but the last build 7.2.2 12 dec 2022 is very buggy and lagging a lot. I am trying to write an e-consultation, and after a few words, it starts lagging and i get the crash err to Wait or Close the app. It happened every time i tried. Please do something about that, we need this app to get in contact for serious matters like our family's health. Thanks ( i am using Android 13 on an Samsung s21, let me know if you need more details)

For some reason, this app always crashes when I try to book an appointment. I used to have this problem in the past, but after reinstalling it and clearing the cache, it was fine. I've done both of that now multiple times, and it still crashes when I try to make an appointment. Please fix this.

App freezes often, won't allow scrolling and you need to restart. That doesn't always fix the issue. Also the app never transferred my invoices although the clinic said they should show up.

Latest update introduced a crashing bug upon application start on all devices. Workaround is to use the website, but that is not a good solution for non-tech users.

app does not give the option to reopen an econsultation if doctors are lazy and closing all their tickets with no real answer. no option to reject payment requests because of non-consultation by doctors. Source of issue might be in the non functioning Norwegian health system also...and app is just a symptom

It works for making appointments but some things do not function. Looking at messages always says that they cannot beer opened. The 'back' function does not function as expected either.
