App constantly crashes, will not stay connected to device. Will disconnect or "restart" literally every 3-4 hrs. Will disconnect frome device even though Bluetooth is on, and is sitting next to me or phone is in my pocket, have had to Uninstall and reinstall multiple times per customer service (nearly 3 times a day). Phone settings say that app has a bug and crashes constantly, and is draining my battery and is harmful to my cell device.

Seems like it works fine takes me less than 30 seconds to send a test in never had any problems links with my phone instantly.. I have a pretty good guess that not drinking helps make it work better.. plus in them creators defense I don't think that it's the type of app that people rush to say how great it is they only want to say something when it doesn't work

Worked as it should for the first month. All down hill after wards. It takes longer to connect as of this moment. Gives test events even after hours. No consumption of alcohol what so ever. my rountine has not changed since I started using this device. CYA take screenshots of everything. Trust me.

Takes forever to start the count down, if it even gets to that point and always says to go to a place with better cell service for next test time. Complete junk and aggravation.

... absolutely junk trash was doing it the wrong way and it worked had to turn it around so it showed on the screen and garbage making my anxiety bad and stressing me out cause it isn't working but ill be the one violated ... bs ...

It's touch and go, hit and miss with service and devices BUT IT WORKS! More often than not I appreciate the system and the employment of its use in my special circumstances. Thanks!

junk !!! made to fail , doesn't work half the time the other half it has issues. It takes up to 40 min to take the test. Uninstalled the app probably 15 times and reinstall to get it to work. Its court ordered and they want you to pay 80.00 to start and 20.00 a week what a joke. I will for sure fail not because I drank because this thing is junk.cant wait to tell my p.o after covid let's me see him.id rather have an ankle bracelet.
