#1 No directions on how to set it up. #2 It absolutely will NOT stay connected to my phone by Bluetooth. #3 the sleep time and steps are way off. I drive down a gravel road and I have 2000 extra steps. It was working great at the start but now 1 week later it's almost useless. I'm glad it wasn't terribly expensive that's for sure. I don't suggest anybody buying this product.

The app is completely broken now after last update. Cannot save ANY changes in the app at all. Can't change units to imperial, can't change health stat refresh to 10 minutes, basically anytime you try to change any setting the "sure" or "save" button is there but is not able to be clicked on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no help. Please fix the app so it is usable again, right now it is a total waste.

During the last 4 days it has stopped the 30min interval checks and is constantly disconnecting. I've tried clearing cache, turning phone off and on, force closing app, restarting it and reinstalling it. To no avail. I'll update the stars and my fix if I can get one. It'd be nice to have the source code of the app so I could try to identify what is going on -_-.

I use this for a smart ring that I purchased for around $32 on Amazon it's th R11M ring an it works but some options not working or there isn't enough setting options to make adjustments to work. The first thing noticed is the sleep function doesn't detect my sleep in day. I work nights and sleep mostly during the day, It doesn't detect. I think there's a default setting because it detects if I was to take a nap during the night not day. no temperature readout. Camera switch works in app only.

Update/question: 10/2/24 after multiple tries to uninstall and reinstall without success I tried the APK for the old layout (vertical instead of 2 side by side) and that one works. Finally! it would be nice if we could manually indicate when we go to bed to sleep. My sleep cycle on my watch automatically starts at 8pm but I rarely go to sleep before Midnight or even later. Reading and not really moving around is not sleeping? Lost all my data after the most recent app update.

Basically a good app with some strange things. Strange, if notification is enabled, it takes to app details in settings, not into the app. There is no nice skin that looks good and contains many useful information, and you cannot create such. But overall, it does what it needs to do. Except that it disconnects often and no automatic reconnect anymore. Manual reconnect fails at first, always two tries is needed.

Well the App was updated (sept 11) and has a new look. Weather data is again displayed at locationand updated anytime the watch is bound to the phone! The set time alarms haven't been working for some time aswell as the display of messages on the watch. Don't know if this is a firmware issue or a setting in my phone. Have allowed all permissions with no success. The new history graphics help with trends of the data collect.

You can adjust how the app categorizes blood pressure readings into low, normal or high by tapping the Settings icon on the lower right corner of the app’s main page, then your photo at the top of the next page and finally BP. If you change a setting, be sure to tap Confirm, then Save and refresh the app. On the E66, the weather screen is supposed to appear after the Sleep screen. If it doesn’t, turn on GPS/location on your phone and in Settings on your phone (not app), be sure that the app has permission to access GPS/location when the app is active. The same weather info will appear in the app when you tap the Activity icon at the bottom of the app’s main page. It will show your current location, weather and air temperature as well as the forecast low and high air temperatures. According to the specially printed card that came with the box, the proper ECG test method is to use two fingers together to press on the dial, one at the top of the dial and the other at the metal plate at the bottom of the dial. There is a key “secret” feature that gives a report card on your heart’s health. On the EGG detection page, tap the icon with the three dots at the upper right corner of the page. This will take you to the Records page. Tap on the Trend tracking button. A big circle will show the proportion of the color-coded “grades” on the left side of the page. Further down the page, you can see the records that were graded normal. Tap on the Abnormal button to view the records, if any, with the symptoms in the color-coded scheme. Note that a record graded as abnormal here might be marked as normal by AI diagnostics. If you reach a personal target, like steps, the E66 will vibrate and light up with a icon and the word "completed."
