When the app works, it's great. But for months now I've had trouble getting it to allow log-in, getting message "We couldn't log you in right now. Please try again", which I do but the failure persists. And often when I first open the app it opens to a Webpage Not Available message with an error of net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Very frustrating.

Great way to communicate with medical staff without a phone call. Also able to have digital appointments after installing additional software. You're also able to pre-check in for appointment. Only software problem is sometimes it doesn't switch to appointment program automatically on the device, it is running in another window. I'm not sure if it's a problem with this software or the additional software required for digital meetings.

UCD My Chart is the only way to go! You have everything you need right at your fingertips. You can communicate with your doctor, it has learning tools for your specific condition, or practically any condition that you are interested in researching. You can find out things about your health, read after visit summaries , Make appointments without making a phone call and so much more! We would be lost without it.I strongly recommend everyone have My Chart account!!

Before, I used a 4 diget code to access my account. Ever since it was changed, I can't log in, and I can't reset my password. Every time I try, it won't advance to the final step after I enter the temporary pass code. It's very frustrating to not be able to log in. I even un-installed and re-installed to see if that worked. It did not. Please fix this issue as I have read that others are having the same problem. Thank you.

Worst 2-step verification process I've ever experienced. Email optiom is slow and unreliable. If you minimize the app you have to request another verification code when going back to the app. Just hot garbage. Do yourself a favor and don't choose the option to receive code via email. Better yet, just turn it off.

I love being able to communicate with my doctors using this app! No more endless phone calls to get a question answered. You are able to see test results, order refills of your medications and schedule appointments on it. My PCP and I keep in touch constantly with questions relating to my complex medical issues. Using this app we have been able to reduce the number of office visits I need by half. Kudos to the app developers.

EXCELLENT IF WORKED PROPERLY The phone visits never work anymore. they are by telephone only appts are made without my knowledge, I've had issues w E chart since I signed up, its an excellent idea,🤯 but isn't dependable, my Dr. has also confirmed im not only pt. w MANY issues, that many of her patients also have problems was told they are working on it, so eventually they will iron it all out, i have went to appts. that wen i get there, are all wrong, I live over an hour just app is awesome

This app has changed significantly. Any sort of communication via this app is pretty much billed as an office visit now and the list of reasons for message is used as a backup for charging an office visit to insurance. Sneaky and questionable for being ethical. Hmm. Diagnosis by various doctors never tells you what part of your body the diagnosis is specifically for. Guess you have to guess? Or maybe call the doctor office to get clarification and they will then bill ins for office visit!
