I am no longer able to use this app. Data just doesn't load. I've tried logging out and back in again, clearing my app cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone. None of these steps work beyond allowing a single sync. After that one time, the app fails again. There is also no way to contact Polar app support. The provided link (below) gives no way to submit feedback.

Switched over from Fitbit becos the dumb updates really screwed up my Sense 2......anyways wasn't expecting much.....just needed another app that recorded stats accurately and timely which it does now..... just a little issue with syncing data with Health 365. The guys from HPB are helping me with this now.....I would have given a higher rating if not for this hiccup. Also the charger adapter, I think it needs to be redesigned.....not easy to aligh the the 4 pins on the watch to the adapter.

Good detail. Nothing fancy like customisable personal watch faces and such. Focuses on the job which it does well. Watch interface itself is a little clunky and could use a bit of polish (Unite) but nothing majorly wrong either. Always captures sleep and workout data and syncs well. No issues so far after more than a week of use. Battery life of the watch could be slightly better about 2 days of moderate use or maybe 2.5 max.

I don't like how the maximum editing range of sleep time is 1 hour. I woke up at around 3am to go to the toilet and went back to sleep but sadly the watch stops recording my sleep at that timing. It would be great if there is no limit to the editing range. It would be even better if the watch can recognise this activity and continue tracking my sleep.

Hello, I like to report another issue. Since 1st Jan 2022, my swim and run have not synch to the software. Even after I unpaired and repair it or uninstall and reinstall the software again and restart the phone. It only synch up till 31st Dec 2021. Very strange behaviour. Is the device not working? What else can I do?

It has become progressively difficult to sync over time. Most of the time my watch (v800) fails to connect to the phone, when it does connect it fails to connect to the app. I have to delete the pairing and re-pair for the sync to start. I found that it worked better when I was at least 10m away from my phone but even that has stopped working. Endless 'connecting to app'.

Previously the polar app linked with Google fit. Now the data from polar flow is not synced correctly. It just shows as other workout as opposed to the workout you are doing and Google fit. It does not seem like the app was tested or the apis are tested to make sure that it sends the correct data to health connect. The issue that the polar sense doesn't broadcast its heart rate and this is making me move away from polar and I'll probably go to a different heart rate/ fitness app.

The sync function is a total cluster. Customer service is even worse. I dropped the cash on their latest greatest watch. The watch will go weeks without a sync issue and then "bam" "unable to connect". After resetting the watch, uninstalling the app, reinstalling, the pairing function gives you a fraction of a second to respond on your watch and your phone. I have contacted CS with steps I have taken. All you get back is a chat bot response listing all the steps I have already taken.
