I made an account, my employer isn't affiliated with them. There's no way to log in and delete the account, it forces you to try and add an employer so you can finish setting up direct deposit. This is unbelievably frustrating. Why would you make an app that there's no way you can go to your profile if you can't get past the steps of searching for an employer?!! Edit: I did reach out to the email address you provided and my account still hasn't been deleted OVER A WEEK LATER.!

I just want to say to the developers thank you so much it is a godsend that I'm able to pull out a little bit of money here and there to pay bills or when something crazy happens. you guys are awesome my only thing is I think $4 to cash out is little to much, but thank you anyway I hope you guys continue to stay in business.

Probably the best paycheck advance app I've used. The instant price is just a tad high at $3.99. If it was even $2.99 or matches Dave at $1.99 all the better. Still though $3.99 to instantly access up to half your paycheck at anytime you want is a great deal.

it is a ok app. The option to get money instantly on your debit card cost $3.99. It makes it harder to use that money. I think it's a little pricey for someone needing money to get by till the next paycheck.

Emails to change password aren't sending to Yahoo or Gmail, and don't go to spam either. Devs need to fix the app. 2/1/25 update. App is still unable to send password reset emails. Remember, Earnin, Empower, Klover, any other app than this.

I can't access my account. I've had this issue for at least a month. I've spoken with multiple representatives at RAIN and a week later there's no resolution or even response to the emails I've sent. The app. is useless!

First day using it. Easier to use than most payday apps. Would appreciate an option to go dark mode. Bright screen too excessive. Also would like to avoid having to type my password every time i sign in.

Very good app when in tight jams works as advertised i would just suggest not to over do it cause you could possibly be paying these guys back every check and you dont want to get stuck in that loop word of advice
