This app and platform is useless but the school insists on using it. It's super buggy, took DAYS to create accounts for my student athletes and get myself set up to register them for their sport. None of which you can do in this app by the way...all of that is only for the desktop website. Apparently the app is for keeping track of scores and pushing out communications, but there are other (better) platforms for both of those things. You can't even set up push notifications for new messages.

If you're looking for an app that constantly crashes, lacks any user-friendly features, and has more bugs than an ant hill, then this is the one for you. I just want to know how much the developers paid schools to force this on us. Because chiseling sports registrations into stone slabs and getting team scores via carrier pigeons would be faster and easier than using this app.

It's extremely bad, constant crashes, won't load teams, sometimes it'll load the team but not the players on the team, makes no. sense. Very little updates and even if there were updates they aren't good ones because this app crashes so much. Everytime I click on something it crashes and says this app has a bug.

Constantly get 404 errors. Reinstalled. No update to the app. "Contact us" doesn't allow any method of contact but links to the messaging company they must use internally. Cannot delete my account. When a page does load it does so with the speed of a 3 toed sloth drugged up on dimetapp. Would avoid this app but it is a mandatory school policy to purchase tickets to my son's games.

I woukd not use if the school was not mandating its use. I have to use the website on a computer to see the activities pass tickets purchased because the phone app on my android doesn't load the ticket page. Hopefully. This is fixed in the next few weeks (before football season starts) or the school is going to deal with a lot of angry parents and Bound is going to get aweful ratings. If you get your app working then I will improve my rating.

Worked okay for awhile as the only issue was turning your phone sideways would shut it down. Then the random advertisement started shutting it down. Now since the update mine won't open and tried restarting my phone, uninstalling, etc...

Unable to purchase tickets on a Samsung S22, works just fine on my my wife's iPhone. When I click the purchase ticket button it wants me to log in (even though I already was). After logging again it takes me to a 404 - File or directory not found page. The News tab is worthless as the most recent new article is from over a year ago.

Very difficult to navigate! Auto closes and stops constantly. Can't click on anything without it stopping. Not impressed to say the least! Just installed latest update, no change.
