This is a very useless app, don't book any, the money will be debited first and you won't even get the ticket, it will remain pending, so don't book any , I went to KASHI Vishwanath help desk 4.5 times, they told me earlier that it will be done in 1 to 2 days, but after that there was no reply, the staff of Kashi Vishwanath is very useless, they don't want to help anyone if their ticket gets stuck. That's why don't book, this app is very useless, and no matter how much you try to call there,

Goes Down exactly at 12.00AM. The app and their website is designed in such way that even iron age people will fell this outdated. No services would work when it is needed. All you can do is to watch different folders and subfolder when all the tickets and slots are filled. Edited: I got call from the Developers. They really tried to addressed my concerns. Informed crashing of app was largely due to the influx of traffic caused by Kumbh rush. Which is convincing. Giving 5 star for the efforts.

After booking Tickets.. We cant download or even see the tickets in the booking section for print out.. and without printout they are not allowing inside. The same issue i have been facing for years. Even last year booking also same problem.. its loading and loading for more than 15mins.. India's Best temple but having such bad App support..It is intolerable that Even a simple pdf cant be downloaded.

I have booked for mid day aarthi ticket and the amount has been deducted but didn't receive the ticket nor any message of confirmation. Very bad service of the app. When I try to reach out the customer care service, they also don't respond properly at all and no response for mail as well.

Trying since last couple of days to book the online tickets for Mangala Aarti but everytime it's getting failed. Even tried the whatsapp number but no response and contact number seems to be out of service. Can't believe this is how the management works. Terrible experience with this app.

Nice app for all temple related services. Definitely it has bought lot of changes in having darshan. Helps a lot in utilising the services provided by temple. One thing missing every year diaries and calendars of shivratri was available in past years and they are not available past 2years, kindly make sure that they get printed and selled over online and that also can be added in this app. Gallery of events can added. Live Darshan not coming proper

Tried to booked Aarti tickets through their portal at 12 am and although it has 50 tickets it was not taking me to the payment page and coded deliberately to encourage touts. Then when I tried to book through this App,they were deliberately routing the payment page to error inspite of trying with multiple cards option and was not able to book Aarti as the quota got closed in 10 mins..Had to book for Sugam darshan through UPI as it is only supported. Adopting various tricks to encourage touts.

Worst app..... I tried nearly 15 times to login but everytime it required mobile number and OTP in a cycling process but it was not opened...... Don't install this app,,,, and book tickets easily in browser don't make any double payments it takes some more time to generate booked tickets in mail so be careful while payment
