Please allow snapshot its very hard to take notes or write problem in notebook in live class and we are not able to take proper notes if u allow us for snapshot then which ever part is missed to write in note book then we can write it from snapshot instead of watch whole video again please looking forward... For your reply... Thank you in old version snapshot is allowed but in new version we are nota able to take any snapshot

Need to improve app... please provide lectures pdf on app..most difficult to find lectures topic...proper sequence of lectures is not given...take to much time to forward and backward...no quality of video....no screen is properly maintained , when we pause lecture it's title comes over ppt and at the bottom other videos comes..it cover the half screen of ppt..very difficult to Operate app...app is not available on pc No responses or improvement But staff is excellent

Proper indexing must be there to every topic..for example in general awareness section only economic awareness name is given to every topic ....please mention there topic name for every topic...it will be good for for the learners to go direct specifically on the topic according to their requirement...overall app is very good and easy to operate also...i hope some changes given by me will be reflect very soon on the app.

Teaching faculty is outstanding. But when I tried to watch any recorded video in afternoon it will not work..video does not run ..for this problem I changed my phone also but problem is not solved. May be it's problem in application.

When you try to make video landscape, the window gets black coloured, background voice of faculties keep going, I have uploaded Android webview but problem still continues, its happens frequently also its ridiculous and energy degrading

I have taken paid subscription but app doesn't work even i am unable to login. Can you extend our time for which we have subscribed because it is wasting our time. Please improve on this issue. Otherwise teaching faculties are excellent.
